Meet Bruce Anderson

Bruce Anderson grew up on the West Indian islands of Trinidad and Tobago and it was there on the family cocoa and coffee estate that he began his relationship with horses. He learned to ride on the estate and then represented his country on the National Show Jumping Team.
From there he moved on to breeding farms at home, in the UK and in the US. While in England, he earned an agricultural degree and in the US worked
with racehorses in Florida. He eventually moved into the hunter/jumper show circuit.
Bruce and his partner, Julianne Neal, currently make their home in Camden, South Carolina, where Bruce started his present path, the evolution of Nature's View Equine Programs. They work in Camden, and around the southeastern US, with counselors and mental health professionals, law enforcement agencies, school and church groups.
Bruce also enjoys working with horse owners and their horses to assist them in building better
relationships.
Bruce's work is the subject of an award-winning documentary produced by The Art of Storytelling entitled "The Edge: Bruce Anderson - Natural Humanship." The documentary was presented the award for Best Environmental Film by the EQUUS Film and Arts Fest, as well as the Prix d'Argent from the Deauville Green
Awards in 2017.
Because Of The Horse...
I'm not simply existing. Instead, I'm now truly living my authentic life.

DAY 1
â Â AlphA Mindset For Trailer Loading Success With Bruce Anderson Part 1
This two-part training series follows the journey of Louisa, a new client, and her OTTB Daniel. As Daniel prepares for a trip to the Thoroughbred Makeover event in Kentucky, Louisa is at the point of giving up. Part 1 of the series takes Daniel through the Natural Humanship⢠training with Bruce Anderson, using basic tools (ie. the "Happy Stick," a flag stick and the tarp) to work on isolated steps and movements, giving up control and dealing with pressure. Without access to a round pen or small training area, this session takes place in the field with the herd. Because Daniel experiences a new mindset, the work in the field actually carries over to trailer loading in Part 2 of the series.
DAY 2
â Â AlphA Mindset for Trailer Loading Success with Bruce Anderson Part 2
This two-part training series follows the journey of Louisa, a new client, and her OTTB Daniel. As Louisa prepares for a trip to the Thoroughbred Makeover event in Kentucky, Daniel has completely refused to load into the trailer and she is at the point of giving up. Daniel experiences AlphA mindset during his first Natural Humanshipâ˘session with Bruce Anderson, where the work carried out in the field during the first half of the lesson actually carries over to trailer loading. This Part 2 video shows Daniel loading with Bruce, followed by Louisa learning to incorporate the new AlphA mindset for her own trailer loading success.
